Another beautiful sunny day on the way.
No frost today, however the ground is frozen. If the ground were to stay frozen, we could start play, but the problem occurs when the ground starts to thaw. 300-500 footprints (one foursome on one green) could do a lot of damage to the putting surface.
The Grounds department will notify the Pro Shop when it is safe to start play, assuming it would be somewhere between 11-12am, most likely on temporary greens.
If we are able to start sooner than anticpated we will update the blog immediately.
